I came home from work Monday and found my dog with my neighbor's pet rabbit in his mouth. The rabbit was very dead and I started to panic.

I thought my neighbor was going to hate me forever, so I took the dirty, chewed-up rabbit into the house, gave it a bath, blow-dried its fur, and put the rabbit back into the cage at my neighbor's house, hoping that they would think it died of natural causes.

Yesterday, my neighbor was outside and asked me, "Did you hear that Fluffy died?"

I stumbled around and stammered a bit and then said, "Um.. no.. um.. what happened?"

My neighbor replied, "We just found him dead in his cage one day, but the weird thing is that the day after we buried him we went outside and someone had dug him up, gave him a bath and put him back into the cage. There must be some real sick people out there!"

A woman went to a pet shop and immediately spotted a large, beautiful parrot. There was a sign on the cage that said $50.00. "Why so little?" she asked the pet store owner.

The owner looked at her and said, "Look, I should tell you first that this bird used to live in a house of prostitution and sometimes it says some pretty vulgar stuff."

The woman thought about this, but decided she had to have the bird anyway. She took it home and hung the bird’s cage up in her living room and waited for it to say something.

The bird looked around the room, then at her, and said, "New house, new madam."

The woman was a bit shocked at the implication, but then thought, "That’s really not so bad."

When her two daughters returned from school the bird saw and said, "New house, new madam, new girls."

The girls and the woman were a bit offended but then began to laugh about the situation considering how and where the parrot had been raised.

Moments later, the woman’s husband ‘Keith’ came home from work.

The bird looked at him and said,

"Hi, Keith!"

Obama's new healthcare czar was visiting a psychiatric ward. He asked the head of psychology, "How do you determine if a patient is cured."

The psychologist explained:

"We take them to the bathtub, which is filled with water, hand them a spoon and a cup and ask them to empty the bathtub."

"I see," said Obama's flunky, "The cured person would choose the cup because it`s bigger, and would empty the tub faster."

"Actually no," replied the psychologist, "A normal person would simply pull the plug."

A man wanted to celebrate his wife’s Birthday by throwing a party. So he went to order a birthday cake. The salesman asked him what message he wanted to put on the cake.

Well he thought for a while and said, "Put 'You're not getting older,' at the top and 'You're getting better' at the bottom."

The real fun didn’t start until the cake was opened and everyone at the party seen the message written on the cake:

"You're not getting older at the top, You're getting better at the bottom."

I received something rather mysterious in the mail today. My last name was spelled correctly, and they got the street, ST #, and postal code, but had my city as Kitchener instead of Gueloh. No return address, but inside was a flier for the concert that Walker and I are attending next month.

Somebody in the Serbian/Croatian community really knows what I like. I just have to winder how it got here, with only half of my address. ;) Probably someone listening to Ivan's Croatian program last week. Thus certainly bodes well for the fundraiser I'm getting ready to launch for the station. ;)

Thanks to all of you who commented on my content over the past couple of days. I was receiving a lot less emails than I was used to, but last night a few of y'all were quite busy and I had a ton of emails to wake up to. Thanks!

I've got a few things to post today, but we are leaving to head out of town sometime in the early afternoon so I'm basically just doing laundry, packing, and by then it will be time to go. My boyfriend and I both have a few things to do this morning and check-in isn't until 4pm so it works out perfectly.
